Our Time Together

Every beautiful connection begins with mutual respect and a shared desire to create something memorable. I bring warmth, care, and intention into every moment we share - and I ask for the same in return. If at any point I feel my well-being is at risk or the energy no longer feels safe, I reserve the right to end our time together - with no refunds. But when we both arrive with grace and respect, what unfolds can be sheer euphoria.

As a matter of personal hygiene, I kindly request that both of us be freshly showered before or upon arrival. Let's avoid any uncomfortable discussions and simply enjoy each other's company in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

When it comes to donations, please place them in an unsealed envelope in the entrance upon arrival, without comment. This way, we can focus on enjoying our time together without any distractions or interruptions..

I’m newbie friendly!

Assimilating to any new situation can be overwhelming! I am here to help guide you. I am well-known for my innate ability to ease nervousness, sneak a peek at some of my reviews. Most of the questions that you have can be answered on this page. However, if you need some clarification on anything, feel free to email me - I am more than happy to clear things up for you!

Incall

My place is conveniently located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, about 15 minutes from downtown. I am available 9 am - 11 pm every day, but with proper planning, I can accommodate booking dates outside my normal schedule.

I am often told that my place is warm, welcoming, and well put together. I have spent a great deal of time and effort in ensuring my space is an oasis where you can relax and enjoy our time together.

Please note that I do have a cat; however, she generally keeps to herself. I keep my space fresh and clean at all times. In addition to general cleaning, I change the sheets before every date in addition to vacuuming and mopping before your arrival to help combat any animal sensitivities.

Deposits

A 50 dollar deposit is required for new friends. If you need to cancel, I am happy to reschedule for a later date. Please note my cancellation policy.

Deposits can be sent via CashApp or Venmo to SyraNixon. I also accept cryptocurrency or an Amazon gift card sent to SyraNixon@protonmail.com

Screening

Screening is required so I can ensure my safety, if none of the following screening options work for you - unfortunately, we will not be able to see one another. Please include one of the following options in your initial contact and I’ll be in your arms before you know it!

Name, email, and website or ad of two providers you have seen in the last year. Please include the dates you met with them, along with the contact information they have for you.

Verification via a reputation-based website such as TNA, P411, PrivateDelights, etc.

Photo of ID (you can cover everything besides your full name, photo, and DOB) along with a selfie of you holding your ID. Please email the photos directly to SyraNixon@protonmail.com.

Linkedin account - must have a photo (profile photo set to public) and connections. Alternatively, a business card along with your professional website is also acceptable. Along with a selfie of you holding something with your name on it so I can verify it is your information - this can simply be a paper with your name if you don’t have a business card.

Outcall

Available 9 am - 11 pm every day.

I may request an additional donation if you are more than 20 minutes from Capitol Hill.

Cancelations / Rescheduling

I know that sometimes life throws us little surprises, and if you ever need to cancel our time together, I completely understand. I just ask that you give me as much notice as you can—ideally at least 48 hours in advance. If it’s within that window, a 25% cancellation fee helps honor the time I’ve set aside just for you. For cancellations within 24 hours, the fee is 50%, and in the case of a no-show, the full amount is required. I offer my time with care and intention, and I appreciate the same in return. Respecting this allows us to keep our connection open for something truly special next time.

Indulgences

There’s a certain kind of presence I adore - the kind that lingers in the air, electric and aware. A drink or two to unwind is perfectly fine… if you’re feeling a little nervous - with proper planning, you’re more than welcome to bring a bottle for us to share. Just know, if you arrive too far beyond the veil, unable to meet me in the moment, we’ll have to let the evening slip away… for now. Some experiences are meant to be felt fully - clear, connected, and deliciously unforgettable.

FMTY

I'm available for Fly Me To You (FMTY) dates and can travel within the US - and internationally with established friends. Please note that I require a minimum of 4 hours for FMTY dates. To secure a date, I kindly ask that expenses for travel and reasonable accommodations be covered, along with a 20% deposit to secure the time in my diary.

To ensure our safety and comfort during our time together, please provide me with two screening options, including at least one provider reference. I take your privacy seriously and all screening information will be kept confidential.
